Terms of Service

The following Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings:

Payments:

  1. Payment can be made by cash, cheque, debit/credit card, and by prior arrangement on account. For debit/credit card payments please confirm at the time of booking as not all vehicles have on board card processing facilities.
  2. An additional £11.00 will be added to all airport pickups to cover the cost of short term car parking.
  3. Any car parking and toll fees or congestion/ULEZ charges incurred will be recharged at cost.
  4. We reserve the right to make additional charges for any variations to the journey that involve extra time and/or mileage.

Cancellation Policy:

  1. If a booking is cancelled less than 6 hours before the requested pickup time, we reserve the right to make a full charge for the journey.
  2. If a passenger fails to make contact with our driver or fails to appear at the pickup point we reserve the right to make a full charge for the journey.

General Terms:

  1. We will endeavour to ensure the vehicle arrives at the time and place as requested. We do not however accept responsibility for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as mechanical failure, traffic jams, traffic accidents or extreme weather conditions. Under no circumstances do we accept any liability for consequential loss.
  2. The driver will take the most appropriate route on the day, unless instructed by the client, in which case Payment Clause 04 may apply.
  3. Unless specified at time of booking, we may not automatically be able to accommodate additional pickups or drop offs for any journey, although every effort will be made to meet such requirements.
  4. If the driver is asked to wait at either the beginning or during a journey, waiting time will be charged at our current standard rate.
  5. Airport Collections - Unless special arrangements are requested, up to 60 minutes waiting time will be allowed from the time the flight has landed, thereafter waiting time will be charged at our current standard rate.
  6. Non airport Collections – Except for a 10 minute ‘grace’ period waiting charges will apply from the booked time, at our current standard rate.
  7. In accordance with national law Regulations 2007 we maintain a strict no smoking policy in all vehicles.
  8. We reserve the right to refuse entry to our vehicles, anyone who is thought to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs and/or whose behaviour poses a threat to the safety of the driver, the vehicle or other passengers within the vehicle. We further reserve the right to terminate any journey due to unreasonable or improper behaviour by any passenger.
  9. If special cleaning of any vehicle is required as a result it has been left in an unreasonable state of cleanliness by passenger/client, we reserve the right to charge the cost of the cleaning to that passenger/client.
  10. We reserve the right to substitute any vehicle or Chauffeur/driver.
  11. Nothing contained in these terms and conditions affect the client’s statutory rights.
